its a little after 12 am & i just looked at the date on my computer and got the goosebumps because i saw 9/11/2011.

well i was really young when this happened. i was about 4 or 5.
all i remember was getting picked up early and driving to my grandmothers house, and i felt like i had to hide because i was so scared.

my history teacher told us a story about 9/11. her friend was on one of the towers, and my teachers dad had got him a basket filled with stuff signed by all the greenbay packers & all this greenbay stuff because he was a big fan.
He was thanking him on the phone, he was really happy.
one minute after he hung up, the plane went right through his room.

so many people died on this day.
have you seen the falling man? can you even imagine the decision he had to make? - to jump off a building, or to suffer from the heat?
and we all rant from the stupid decisions we have to make everyday.
but its not only him, thousands of other people died on this day, that were brave & didnt deserve to die.
& just imagine the fire fighters, running into the buildings having no idea if they were gonna come out alive-going in there to save other people.

flight 93 crashed about 1 hour away from where i live.
just think- those people on that plane KNEW they were going to die, & they risked their lives for their country--so the plane wouldnt crash into the white house.

it was a tragic day- but the terrorists did not win.
we still stick together as a country- and ground zero is so beautiful right now, with the waterfalls, the museum & the one world trade center-which will soon be the tallest building in NYC.

my heart goes out to all whos lives have been effected.
just think- thousands of people 10 years ago were going to sleep right now or earlier thinking that tomorrow would just be an ordinary day-not knowing that this would be the last night of their lives.
R.I.P. to everyone who lost their lives today, 10 years ago-not only from the world trade center but also the pentagon, and flight 93.
